Founded in the early 2000s, Viewpointe has become a trusted partner for leading U.S. financial institutions, acknowledged by its 18-year presence on the esteemed IDC FinTech 100 list.

Founded to provide content archive services to enable the digital exchange and storage of payment documents, like checks, accelerating financial institutions’ transition to digital banking.

2010

Launched a suite of content management services for regulated industries to securely integrate digital content with line-of-business operations, addressing the ever-evolving needs of customers.

2020

Developing a future-focused content services platform, leveraging a common set of open API microservices, to fast-track digital transformation in regulated industries.

Timothy Coff

Chief Executive Officer

Timothy Coff is Chief Executive Officer of Viewpointe and a member of the company’s board of managers. Coff joined Viewpointe in 2001 and drives the corporate vision, strategy, and financial direction for Viewpointe. Coff holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree from Lehigh University.

As President & Chief Operating Officer, Sean Laurell is responsible for Viewpointe’s strategy and innovation, and the delivery of its portfolio of managed services, including cloud-based content services and professional services. In addition, Laurell has responsibility for cyber security and Viewpointe systems and technology.

Stephen Lapham

Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel

Steve Lapham joined Viewpointe in 2003 as General Counsel, and currently manages the company’s legal, risk management, and human resources departments. Lapham handles corporate governance and business transactions for the company, and is responsible for customer and vendor contracting, litigation, intellectual property, human resources, audit, and areas of compliance.

Chief Commercial Officer

Susan Blackburn is the Chief Commercial Officer at Viewpointe. She is responsible for our solution strategy, market insights, commercial activities, management, and development.

Prior to joining Viewpointe, Susan served in the Financial Services industry for 25+ years leading complex programs in the areas of transformation, mergers, regulatory mandates, and efficiency improvements.

As Executive Vice President, Technology Services and Chief Information Security Officer, Rob Davies is responsible for infrastructure and security supporting the delivery of Viewpointe’s services across our dedicated data center and cloud environments. Davies started with Viewpointe as an Infrastructure and Security Architect in 2005 and has progressed through a variety of technology leadership roles at the company.
